1. Use of the Website

Holy Aegis offers spiritual events, energy healing sessions, and other wellness services. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. By booking or participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being.

3. E-Tickets and Event Attendance

All event tickets are delivered as E-Tickets to the email address provided. Please ensure your email is correct. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digital or printed) at check-in.

Doors close 10 minutes after the event start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Event Product Orders

Event-based items must be ordered at least 2 weeks prior to ensure timely delivery. Limited quantities may be available at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee availability at the event.

5. Shipping

We ship internationally. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include tracking. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier selected. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except in cases of damage or defect. For eligible issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion. Event tickets and digital products are non-refundable.
