By purchasing products, booking services, or purchasing tickets to or events, you agree to the following Shipping and Return Policies. Please read them carefully.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method. All packages include tracking, which will be sent to your email upon shipment.

Carrier Information

Our team is currently finalizing the best shipping providers to ensure reliable, affordable service both domestically and internationally. Common carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your selected shipping option and location.

Shipping Timeframes

While delivery time may vary based on location and carrier, most orders are expected to arrive within 5–10 business daysonce shipped. International orders may take longer depending on customs and carrier efficiency.

Event-Based Orders

If you’re ordering a package or product for an upcoming event, please place your order at least 2 weeks before the event date to ensure timely delivery.
A limited quantity of event-based packages will also be available for purchase at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed.

Event Tickets

Event tickets are delivered in the form of E-Tickets sent to your provided email address. Please ensure your email is accurate during checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an item is shipped, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier. If your item is marked as delivered but not received, please first contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment. Consider selecting a shipping method with insurance or signature confirmation if you are concerned about delivery security.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the spiritual and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.
